Brief Description
Employee will report to the County Assessor and will establish real estate values for residential, non-residential and commercial properties. This position will require working outdoors in all types of climates and terrain.
Responsibilities
- Assist co-workers in assessing every property within the county
- Determine proper appreciation or depreciation of structures and/or land
- Sketch buildings
- Take measurements
- Enter all information pertaining to appraisal on property computer records
Requirements
- Under minimal supervision
- May be required to work irregular hours
- Attend job-related meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Starting Pay Range: $22.06 - $24.35 PER HOUR DOE
