Employee will report to the County Assessor and establish real estate values for residential, non-residential, and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing every property within the county
- Determine proper appreciation or depreciation of structures and/or land
- Sketch buildings and take measurements
- Enter all appraisal information into property computer records
- Work outdoors in all types of climates and terrain
- Perform duties under minimal supervision
- Work irregular hours as required
- Attend job-related meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay
$22.06 - $24.35 per hour, dependent on experience
