About the Role

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. The role involves performing technical appraisal and review functions for real estate acquisitions, disposals, and relocations, supporting major flood control and navigation projects, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and providing expert valuation guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A 1-year probationary period is required, during which the agency evaluates fitness and continued employment based on performance, conduct, agency needs, and alignment with organizational and Government goals.
• Direct Deposit of Pay is mandatory.
• Selection is subject to restrictions from the Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
