  • Liaison between the county and other municipalities regarding zoning, permits, and other ad valorem business.
  • Values residential and agricultural land accurately.
  • Identifies and collects pertinent data, measures, drafts, and values a property beginning with a building permit.
  • Conducts annual revaluation of residential and agricultural real property in Leavenworth County.
  • Capable of presenting the counties position at the informal appeal level.
  • Performs sales validation on all real estate transactions.
  • Observes the preparation and presentation of persuasive evidence.
