Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) with UNCAPPED income bonus– POS Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Introduce our POS solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text when appropriate.
  • Meet weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Experience selling technology or POS systems is a plus.

Pay

  • Base pay plus commission for every qualified appointment.
  • Additional bonuses for appointments that result in closed sales.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time).
