Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce our POS solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text when appropriate.
- Meet weekly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident on the phone.
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, appointment setting, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Experience selling technology or POS systems is a plus.
Pay
- Base pay plus commission for every qualified appointment.
- Additional bonuses for appointments that result in closed sales.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time).
