Appointment Setter/Phone Sales

About the Role

Honda of Fife is seeking a talented and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. We are a family-owned dealer located right off I-5 and a President Award-winning dealership. We pride ourselves on continuing to excel in outstanding customer service. In today's automotive market, most people go online to research cars they are interested in. We need you to turn them from shoppers into buyers. We will provide the leads that need to be responded to—no cold calls!

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, e-mail, or text)
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions
• Check email and texts frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Handle all internet sales inquiries promptly and personally
• Set appointments, greet customers, and help connect the customer to a product specialist
• Follow up with customers after they leave if they didn't make a purchase

Compensation

$18/hr + Commission + Bonuses
