Appointment Setter

About the role

This position is a crucial part of our business. You will be provided warm leads to call. This is an in-office position located in Largo, FL. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Complete a PAID TRAINING program that is designed to set you up for success. The training is 2 days long and consists of listening to live calls and role playing.
• Contact and qualify small-business owners to schedule their initial interaction with our sales team utilizing leads that 1-800Accountant provides.
• Build value in our consultation by educating clients about the tax implications of business ownership as well as upcoming tax deadlines.
• Heavy phones in a fast paced environment, outbound calling +300 calls daily, comfortable speaking professionally on the phone.
• Lead one-call-close appointments via telephone.

Requirements

• Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
• Previous appointment setting experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Able to read a script as part of the interview process.
• Enthusiastic and have a passion for helping people.
• Salesforce experience preferred (most popular CRM).
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a performance-based culture.
• High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, and are able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, Associates Degree Preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
