About the role
West Shore Home is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives for its Mechanicsburg, PA call‑center. This full‑time, phone‑based position involves speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in the company’s products and scheduling appointments for the In‑Home Sales team—no cold calling. Multiple full‑time shifts are available, including daytime and evening schedules.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Reconnect with customers who previously met with the sales team.
- Schedule appointments for In‑Home Sales Representatives.
- Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services.
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Work toward daily and monthly performance goals.
