About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to join our Twin Falls, Idaho dealership team. Your primary responsibility is to handle phone calls, manage internet opportunities, and bring customers to our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls and internet inquiries professionally
- Schedule and make arrangements for guests visiting our dealership
- Build rapport quickly with guests, converting hesitant inquiries into brand advocates
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and create lifelong relationships
- Be a master on the phone, persistent, and ready for success, even in tough situations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service
- High energy and self-motivation
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test

- Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
- Confidence in crafting emails and text messages using proper grammar
- Basic computer skills and an ability to think outside the box
