APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute

You will be responsible for handling all internet and phone sales inquiries, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our Sales team. You will also communicate with Customers that inquire online about specific vehicles (via text, phone, or email), set reservations for Customers to visit our dealerships, update Customer information as needed, and communicate effectively with our Sales Department staff.

Daily expectation of 80 outbound calls. Daily Rotating Shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm. There are two 11am-8pm shifts per week, and 8am-6pm on every other Saturday with a day off during the week.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• Great computer/technology skills.
• Punctuality with minimal absences.
• A high energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
