Appointment Clerk PT

Appointment Clerk (Part‑Time) at R+L Carriers, Montgomery, NY Service Center.

Pay

Starting at $18.76 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi‑line telephone system.
• Perform data entry tasks.
• Schedule delivery appointments.
• Assist customers with pickups.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well‑organized.
• Computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
