Appointment Center Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
- Schedule project consultations and follow-up appointments
- Cook with project managers and field teams to ensure clear, consistent communication
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Provide an excellent first impression and ongoing support to potential and existing clients
Skills & Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- A team player with a positive attitude and leadership potential
Pay
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year + Commission pay
