What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, plus chats and emails from warm leads
- Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments for roofing and other exterior services
- Run proactive outbound dialing to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and drive conversion
- Build rapport fast with homeowners and clearly explain next steps and what to expect
- Set appointments with all decision-makers whenever possible
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in ServiceTitan (CRM)
- Maintain and meet or exceed individual metrics for appointment setting, productivity, and confirmations
- Take part in ongoing coaching and training as you ramp
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting role preferred
- Strong phone presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and guide a conversation
- Able to balance a service mindset with performance-driven goals
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated by metrics and incentives
- Experience with a CRM and phone system, or the ability to learn both quickly
- Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working on-site
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
