About the role

Do you enjoy giving superior customer service over the phone, as well as working behind the scenes on a computer? Join our central call center team as a medical Scheduler! This is a remote opportunity.

Our call center schedulers must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment; duties include scheduling appointments, insurance verification, routing calls to the correct personnel, and multitasking across multiple electronic clinical programs and websites. Exceptional customer service skills, high organization, and strong attention to detail are essential.

Schedule

• Mondays – Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Anticipated start date: 09/08/26 or 09/16/26

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a medical office environment, call center, or graduate of a healthcare training program
• HS Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related healthcare experience
