The Quality Engineer teams at NISC are integral to ensuring the reliability and quality of software solutions for over 960+ utilities and broadband providers across North America. Our mission is to deliver Member-focused, quality-driven, and value-priced technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform user and quality assurance testing on all products
- Conduct both manual and automated quality assurance processes
- Ensure that software solutions meet high standards of quality before release
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
- Document test cases and results for future reference
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in using automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and database management systems

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
