Responsibilities
- Develop new tools, algorithms, and/or design new experiments to further our scientific understanding.
- Conduct research in a topical area using theory, experiment, and/or simulation tools.
- dereverberation, VAD, and BSS by using both subjective and objective measures, and with speech recognition engines.
- Designing fast and efficient acoustic DSP algorithms for implementation on embedded processors.
- Coincide software development activities with other DSP engineers such as prototyping and tuning algorithms to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Math professional.
- Projects or work experience with Digital Signal Processing.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and Fourier analysis.
- Theoretical and working knowledge of adaptive signal processing and stochastic processes.
- Experience developing software for embedded systems.
- Experience working with systems utilizing beamforming and/or phased arrays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a Math or Physics PhD with a strong background in digital signal processing and related technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Math/Physics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
