Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and enhancement of analytics and reporting solutions for Application Managed Services (AMS)
• Implement data models and automated reporting processes for service capacity and performance metrics
• Analyze service delivery data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
• Maintain service performance metrics and prepare executive reports for governance
• Support major service transitions and cross-functional reporting efforts when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Five years of experience in analytics or performance metrics in IT service management
• Experience designing dashboards and reports with BI tools like Power BI
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with data from multiple enterprise systems to manage performance

Pay

$145,676 – $178,049 annually
