Key Responsibilities

• Prepares verbal and written quotations for domestic and international customers and representatives via telephone, fax, and email.
• Affords technical assistance/support and value selection of products for application taking into consideration price and availability.
• Analyses business opportunities facilitates requests for project quotations and ensures that processes are correctly executed, according to customer request.
• Be a technical resource and have the organizational agility to find answers and solve problems.
• Has a desire and ambition to grow into a larger role of responsibility.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fulfills negotiation with customers.
• Knowledge of T&C are necessary.
• Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer's satisfaction and sales potential.
• Acts as Customers’ advocate within the organization and is accountable for Customer Satisfaction.
• Documents sales and marketing activities along with tracking of opportunities.
• Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures.
• Self-starter, organized, thorough and meticulous, able to work under pressure.
• Experience in a technical environment.
• Able to plan work and commit to meeting deadlines.
• Dedicated to high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Access software.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Education Required: High School/GED
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering; 5 years’ relevant experience; Valve, regulator, fluid mechanics/control related coursework/education will be additional qualifications.
