Applications Developer Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and test C#/.NET applications for PLM integration.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document design specifications and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact project delivery.
• Support legacy applications and APIs during transition.
• Maintain a predictable work schedule and communicate progress.
• Foster effective relationships across teams and business units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years developing in C#/.NET.
• PLM platform experience with Aras Innovator, Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, or similar systems.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• BS/BA in a related field plus 4+ years of related experience (or equivalent with higher degree substitution).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of web services and application integrations.
• Experience with unit testing, test-driven development, or behavior-driven design.
• Front-end UI to middle-tier development experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience providing legacy application and API support.

Preferred Skills

• Web API and REST services development.
• Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle database experience.
• Git source control proficiency.
• Azure DevOps usage.
• Entity Framework or equivalent ORM knowledge.
• jQuery or other JavaScript library experience.
• MVC controls or other third-party controls familiarity.
• Report writing experience.
• Background in manufacturing or process control.
• 3+ years in application development with C#, WPF, and/or ASP.NET.
