Application Developer Senior

Responsibilities

• Complete the delivery of design, code, and testing for modules or multiple features and enablers.
• Analyze user requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions during backlog grooming ceremonies.
• Create business and/or technical designs for new or modified application features or enablers.
• Prepare requirements definitions, designs, and technical specifications as part of sprint planning activities.
• Complete system configuration in accordance with approved specifications.
• Triage and resolve configuration and application issues.
• Afford technical leadership and support to less senior development staff as needed.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree with 10+ years of experience required.
• Additional 6+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with software application design, development, and testing.
• 5+ years of experience with the Appian BPM Platform.
• Background check required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise application development efforts.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers.

USD $131,600.00/Yr. Up to USD $155,100.00/Yr.
