About the role

The office for this position is located at the Harry S. Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO. 65101. The Office of Administration's Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our Portal Development Team. This role plays a key part in our ITSM implementation and the ongoing evolution of citizen-facing digital services. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is excited to build scalable, user-centered solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support ITSM and other enterprise service delivery needs.
• Promote platform adoption by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and helping establish a ServiceNow Center of Excellence to scale knowledge and innovation across teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed specifications for projects built within ServiceNow.
• Provide day-to-day general support, administration, and maintenance of applications and workflows built in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, integrations, and performance.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.

Requirements
