Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify supply chain improvement opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions
  • Influence global process design, standardization, and best practices
  • Evaluate Oracle roadmap enhancements and recommend strategic improvements
  • Drive solution design, implementation, and continuous optimization efforts
  • Help leadership avoid common ERP and supply chain pitfalls through expert guidance and recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong background in Supply Chain operations and business processes
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or transformations
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving, and change management skills
  • Global or international business experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or ERP systems
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, Financials, and Planning
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
