Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify supply chain improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions
- Influence global process design, standardization, and best practices
- Evaluate Oracle roadmap enhancements and recommend strategic improvements
- Drive solution design, implementation, and continuous optimization efforts
- Help leadership avoid common ERP and supply chain pitfalls through expert guidance and recommendations
Requirements
- Strong background in Supply Chain operations and business processes
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or transformations
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and change management skills
- Global or international business experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or ERP systems
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, Financials, and Planning
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
- $100,000 - $120,000 base salary
