Sr. Enterprise Applications Analyst - Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Demand Management, Supply Planning, Backlog Management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize planning processes, drive best practices, and deliver innovative solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud. Experience with Oracle Redwood UX, Oracle AI capabilities, and other Oracle Supply Chain applications such as Global Order Promising (GOP) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Design and implement scalable Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions with minimal customization.
- Drive continuous process improvements across planning functions.
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning.
- Lead business requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
- Provide functional expertise in Demand Management, Supply Planning, Backlog Management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Support business users by troubleshooting issues and identifying process improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Planning solutions and prepare functional design documents.
- Support Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Work with technical teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise planning solutions.
- Promote standardized planning processes and best practices across business units.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Share knowledge and mentor users on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- 10–15 years of Oracle experience.
- 8+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning functional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning implementation or support experience.
- Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Demand Management, Oracle Supply Planning, Oracle Backlog Management, and Oracle Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Good understanding of Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
- Experience gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Experience working with Oracle Support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning certification is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP) is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX) and AI-powered capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Familiarity with Oracle AI features for Supply Chain Planning, including predictive insights, intelligent recommendations, and process automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading business workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a continuous improvement mindset.

- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by applicable regulations.
- This position requires access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or be eligible for an export license.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $122,500 - $187,000. AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including location, role and responsibilities, work experience, education/training, and key skills.
