IT Applications Analyst - Oracle Fusion
About the role
Join our IOPS IT Applications Build team supporting the Digital Fusion transformation program and large-scale enhancements within Oracle EBS. You will provide hands-on support for configuration, testing, and documentation under the Plan-Build-Run model, partnering with senior analysts, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver project-based build work.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration and testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, and other IT applications under the direction of senior analysts and technical leads
- Aid with functional and technical documentation for system changes, including business requirements, configuration test plans, and test scripts
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, logging and tracking defects through to resolution
- Support data validation activities during system enhancements and enablement projects across Fusion, EBS, and adjacent applications
- Process IT Applications change control requests under guidance, ensuring documentation is complete and traceable
- Cover integration touchpoints between Fusion, EBS, and adjacent systems such as MES and Boomi-mediated interfaces, as directed by senior team members
- Build working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and/or EBS functionality across one or more functional areas (e.g. PTM, P2P, PDH), with growing independence over time
Requirements
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated GxP environment a plus
Qualifications
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, or a comparable ERP platform, along with familiarity with CSA and GxP requirements for validated system changes in line with 21 CFR Part 11 expectations a plus; prior exposure helpful but not required
Skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11)

Pay
$67,400.00 - $110,000.00 annually
