About the Role

The Application Analyst serves as part of the organization's IT Team, taking an analytic role to ensure that the computer applications system being used meets the needs of the organization. This role involves not only analyzing existing systems but also designing, developing, and implementing iterations and replacements to better achieve the organization's goals.

The analyst works with a team of IT professionals on evaluating, analyzing, and implementing computer systems and administrative management. They are responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining computer systems and applications. Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should be patient, persistent, ready to work on-call, and able to perform well in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing computer applications systems to ensure they meet organizational needs.
• Design, develop, and implement system iterations and replacements to improve organizational goals.
• Evaluate, analyze, and implement computer systems and administrative management.
• Configure, test, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals on various projects.
