Application Trainer

Role: EPIC Application Trainer Responsibilities Design and facilitate engaging EPIC workflows for clinical and administrative staff.Create user-friendly training materials to support effective EMR adoption.Provide at-the-elbow support during go-lives and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions.Partner with clinical, IT, and education teams to optimize documentation and promote user adoption.Integrate tribal culture and holistic wellness values into training experiences.Support staff growth and work-life balance through tailored training approaches. Qualifications And Skills Experience in EMR/EHR training, especially with EPIC systems.Strong communication and facilitation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.Knowledge of healthcare workflows and documentation practices.Ability to incorporate cultural values into training programs.
