Applications Trainer

As our Application Professional, you will be a vital technical innovator, creating and maintaining robust applications supporting our business operations. You will develop, test, implement, and maintain web-based applications, troubleshoot system issues, improve applications, and leverage healthcare knowledge for complex tasks within our dynamic IT environment. Success requires strong technical development skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that advance our mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist leadership and IT with clinic AEHR implementation and support
- Suggest changes to existing systems, procedures, and configurations to leverage new concepts, methods, technology, and healthcare information processing requirements
- Work with other healthcare delivery tools to promote connectivity between all applications, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare
- Escalate issues that may compromise patient safety or adversely impact clinical workflow, project timelines, goals, or budget
- Analyze clinic issues and requests, determine feasibility and need, and collaborate with appropriate departments for changes
- Monitor projects and report any deviations in schedules or work plans to management or the project manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (required)
- 5–7 years of professional training or experience in software/computer applications (required)
- Healthcare/medical industry experience (required)
- Proficiency with Epic Front Desk and Insurance workflows (preferred)

Pay
$26.70 – $39.71 per hour
