Application Trainer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver Epic application training through one-on-one sessions, virtual platforms, and classroom-based instruction
  • Conduct practice site visits and provide application support for assigned clinical and non-clinical regions
  • Aid in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials and educational resources
  • Support ProHealth initiatives and programs related to Epic applications and end-user adoption
  • Triage Epic Help Desk tickets to assess training-related issues and escalate complex technical concerns to Epic analysts as appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare delivery environment, preferably within a primary care setting
  • Demonstrated experience developing, presenting, and delivering Electronic Health Record (EHR) training programs for adult learners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create professional training and documentation materials
  • Proven excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualification

  • Epic Cadence, Prelude, MyChart and Ambulatory Care certification and hands-on experience

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment.
