Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical personnel to resolve software implementation problems
- Evaluate, utilize, and lead AI/ML capabilities to accelerate product modification/creation
- Collaborate with product, QA, and data teams to define requirements and ensure alignment on AI feature behavior
- Develop new business processes and programming solutions based on requirements and backlogs
- Utilize modeling, design, and coding skills to deliver quality solutions
- Design applications to functional and technical programming standards
- Gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications
- Develop system specifications and interfaces
- Determine time estimates and schedule for work
- Code new features/functionality, enhancements, and fixes
- Participate in or conduct structured code reviews/walkthroughs
- Design and support testing of code prior to deployment
- Provide On-Call support as needed
- May require overtime to meet deadlines
