Application/Systems Analyst

About You

You are a person who loves to bring structure and clarity to complex program schedules, ensuring alignment across projects, teams, and timelines to support successful delivery. We need someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at managing dependencies, validating schedules, and coordinating across stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across CCN NG, VFMP, and EDI initiatives using MS Project.
• Perform schedule integrity checks and validate schedules against commitments and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams to ensure alignment across enterprise schedules.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and risks, providing mitigation recommendations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BA) or related field (BS).
• Proven/extensive experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system with a focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.
