APPLICATION SYSTEMS ANALYST
About the role
The Application System Analyst at LifeBridge Health is responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting various applications deployed across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of business, clinical, or financial systems and the ability to work independently while referring to the manager as needed. The analyst must also have excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing telephone support to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Implement, enhance, and support business, clinical, or financial applications deployed throughout the system
- Follow standard departmental processes, including change control and use of the issue/request tracking system
- Work with Oracle Cerner technology to integrate medical and communication devices into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Provide ongoing telephone support for end-users
Requirements
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Basic knowledge of HL7 interfaces
- Some knowledge of Oracle Cerner iBus technology is preferred
