Application Support Engineer & NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for multiple applications across UAT, and production environments.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across .NET applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and application logs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes or appropriate workarounds.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-based articles.

Required Technical Skills

• C# and .NET / .NET Core
• ASP.NET Core / Web API
• REST APIs
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server / SQL skills
• Object-Oriented Programming
• Entity Framework / LINQ
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Git and modern development practices
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Supporting Skills

• Basic React / JavaScript knowledge
• JSON / XML
• Postman or similar API testing tools
• Application logging and monitoring
• Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Cloud Certification (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud certification)
• Hands-on Azure or AWS experience (preferred)
