Application Support Engineer I
Troubleshooting and Support
The Application Support Engineer I troubleshoots and resolves well-defined application incidents and service requests using documented procedures. They perform data corrections, user support, and basic configuration updates within established guidelines.
Follow runbooks and knowledge articles to diagnose issues and implement standard fixes. Escalate issues that are not clearly defined or require deeper system changes, while assisting in resolution by gathering logs, reproducing issues, and providing detailed documentation and analysis.
Identify recurring issues and flag patterns to senior engineers for further investigation. Assist in debugging efforts by gathering logs, reproducing issues, and supporting testing activities.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues. Contribute to knowledge articles and continuous improvement efforts. Participate in training and development activities within the Talent Incubator Program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 1 year or more in Professional, Internship or project experience with development and/or application support
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript)
- Exposure to enterprise applications
- Basic understanding of APIs and data flows
Pay and Benefits
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
Compensation ranges for the position are below:
- Pay Type: Salaried
- Minimum Pay Range: $50,000.00
- Maximum Pay Range: $60,000.00
