Responsibilities

• Provides general sales support and phone coverage for customers.
• Receives training in basic piezoelectric and sensor theory to support The Modal Shop, Larson Davis and PCB Piezotronics product lines.
• Provides quotations for products and services in accordance with pricing and delivery policy.
• Aids Application Engineers and Product Managers with follow-up on consignment orders and logged quotes.
• Responds to telephone calls or correspondence from customers and representatives for new contracts or repairs.
• Assists customers technically and seeks technical assistance when needed to best serve the customer.
• Aids in the expediting of orders and repairs.
• Generates RMA forms, documents information from customers.
• Performs follow-up on sales activity.
• Acts as a liaison between the customer and Product Managers by communicating customer feedback and customer input required for market research.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Two-year technical degree or equivalent specialized training.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years’ related experience.
