Application Specialist

About the role

Key Tasks:

• Provide application support for D365 CE + FnO (and related Sales processes)
• Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support end users
• Perform simple configuration and customization, such as: Forms, views, fields, Business rules and workflows, Security roles and access management
• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives and project activities
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to understand business needs
• Contribute to structured documentation and continuous improvement of processes

Your Background

• 1–3 years of experience with some hands-on exposure to D365 CE or similar ERP/CRM systems
• Basic understanding of CRM and/or ERP concepts
• Experience in application support or similar IT role
