A remote Application Specialist at McGowan Mortgages will be the first point of contact for wholesale lenders, responding to leads within 60 seconds via phone, text, and email. The role involves qualifying borrowers, starting the pre-approval process, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Respond to inbound leads within 60 seconds via phone, text, and email
• Qualify borrowers and begin the pre-approval process by collecting financial documents and running initial scenarios
