Application process

Our application process consists of six transparent steps: submit your application on our career site, undergo a thorough review and pre-selection, receive the salary range verbally prior to the initial interview, participate in an MS Teams interview with department representatives and HR, attend an on-site meeting to experience our corporate culture and meet your future team, and receive a prompt final decision. If successful, you’ll be offered a contract. Personalized adjustments to the process are available upon request.
