The position offers hands-on involvement in prototyping, deployment, and field testing, giving you ownership of crucial system integration and performance.

Responsibilities

• 40% CAD Design and Prototyping
• 30% Electrical Wiring and Assembly
• 30% Robotic Diagnostics and Field Services

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems in real-world environments
• Advanced abilities in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency with CAD tools for 3D modeling and technical documentation (Onshape, SolidWorks)
• Experience operating within a Linux environment
• Prior experience with automative tire servicing and wheel balancing equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field
• Background in manufacturing, automation, or work with hardware-centric startups
• Military or prior service experience involving mechanical or vehicle systems
• Hands-on experience creating testing scripts, thorough documentation, and training technical staff
• Familiarity with integrating and troubleshooting motion systems, sensors, and robotic subsystems
