Application Engineering Manager, Electrification Services

For our client, we are seeking a Application Engineering Manager, Electrification Services to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead a remote application engineering function that supports customer solutions across industrial and power delivery environments. You will drive technical leadership, guide proposal execution, and strengthen operational effectiveness for complex customer engagements. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will help standardize engineering processes and build team capabilities that improve service quality and responsiveness.
