Application Engineer 4 (NiFi)

Responsibilities

• Administer a NiFi cluster
• Configure, deploy, and administer NiFi and associated flows
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot dataflows using NiFi, including working with processors, connections, and templates
• Leverage NiFi Expression Language to create dynamic and efficient dataflows
• Integrate data with tools such as Amazon S3, MongoDB, Apache Spark, and Elasticsearch
• Optimize NiFi cluster architecture and performance
• Deploy and manage NiFi in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Extend NiFi capabilities and automate workflows using scripting languages like Python, Groovy, or Bash

Requirements

• Linux system administration (Centos7, RedHat8)
• Experience with NiFi cluster administration
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Terraform code
• Expertise in NiFi Expression Language
• Data Integration and Big Data Tools experience
• Knowledge of performance optimization in NiFi
• Experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Groovy, or Bash

Qualifications

All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed. All diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees must be from accredited institutions.

• Twelve (12) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma/GED
• Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree
• Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree
• Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree
• Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree
