- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Apache NiFi, Dataflow, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash
- Experience or familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, CloudWatch, NiFi dashboards
- Prior exposure to Apache NiFi, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash or similar dataflow/pipeline tools
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Apache NiFi or willingness to learn NiFi dataflows, processors, queues, controller services, bulletins, and flow monitoring
- Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to track multiple customers, requirements, action items, blockers, and milestones
- Basic Linux familiarity, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to learn application support, data engineering, cloud operations, and production troubleshooting
- Prior exposure to customer onboarding, system integration, ticket tracking, help desk, or production support operations
- Familiarity with AWS, EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, Python, Bash, Groovy or similar technical tools
