- Six (6) years of experience supporting projects and programs similar in scope and complexity
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Description
Perform Linux server system administration functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers
- Maintain monitoring and patching/upgrades to Linux servers and AWS instances
- Support documentation of non-applicable controls
- Affiliate with installation of new or replacement hardware or software
- Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure
- Affiliate with decommission and/or removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware
- Document inventory changes
Required
- Proficient with Linux
- Minimum of 3 years Linux server administration experience (within the last 3 years)
- Proficient with AWS
- Minimum of 1 year of AWS experience (within the last year)
- Proficient with Ansible
- Minimum of 1 year of Ansible experience (within the last year)
- Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and AWS instances
- Security + cert
