About the Role

This program prepares young adults for professional careers through intensive training, internships, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and professional skill development in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analysis, and more.
• Facilitate access to internships with leading organizations and support job placement.
• Offer personalized coaching, mentorship, and resume building to enhance employability.
• Support participants in developing communication, networking, and interview skills.
• Deliver classroom training and support participants through mentorship.
• Assist participants in securing internships and transitioning into employment or further education.
• Help develop professional skills to prepare for the workforce.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn new skills; no Bachelor’s degree required.
• Availability Monday-Friday for the program duration.
• Ability to answer additional screening questions during application.
