About the Program

This program offers young adults intensive training, internships, and mentorship to develop technical and professional skills, aiming to launch their careers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development in areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analysis, Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Success, and Network Security & Support.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations, earning an educational stipend during this phase.
• Develop professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.
• Receive ongoing support and guidance to facilitate career advancement.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No bachelor’s degree obtained.
• Available Monday through Friday.
• Ability to answer additional screening questions when applying.
