About the Program

Participate in an intensive training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, including access to internships and job placement support through a leading talent placement firm.

Responsibilities

• Engage in in-classroom skill development across areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management.
• Prepare for professional environments by building business communication, interviewing, and networking skills.
• Attend internships at partner organizations, earning an educational stipend during this phase.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to facilitate career launch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• No bachelor's degree obtained
• Available Monday-Friday
• May need to complete additional screening questions
