Application Development Manager

At Envalior, we are seeking a talented Application Development Manager to join our Specialty Materials team and pursue, evaluate, and support projects at current and potential customers for the assigned strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Address and solve technical inquiries, ensuring all projects are supported for our customers.
• Actively communicate technical information across the various groups, from R&D, ADTS, Technical Product Management to Sales.
• Bring a pioneering spirit to the role by exploring new market and competitive intelligence, identifying new applications for existing and new customers, and contributing to Envalior’s values and mission.
• Identify, pursue, and gain projects at current and potential customers.
• Address and solve technical inquiries coming directly from customers, or through the ADTS, Sales or R&D team members.
• Manage ongoing projects through CRM, for Visit Reports, Sample request, Color matches, etc.
• Participate in Global Innovation Segments, trainings and other internal collaboration teams.
• Present at External conferences the value of Envalior’s product and technology offerings.

Requirements

• Familiarity with plastics and polymer composites, part design and processing techniques for polymers (injection molding and/or extrusion), tool design, and injection molding equipment preferred.
• Experience working with a global team 3- 5 Years experience in a similar position preferred.
• Bachelor of Science, preferably in Polymers, Plastics Technology or related.
• Extensive processing knowhow in lieu of degree is also acceptable.
• Some traveling within the US and the Asia Pacific is required.
• English speaking and writing proficiency is required.

Pay

Salary Range is 165k-175k but the actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors.
