Application Development Engineer
As a successful Application Development Engineer, you will join a vibrant team focused on creating innovative solutions that streamline financial transactions and ensure security. You will drive designing, developing and maintaining applications that meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application development
- 3+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
- 3+ years of experience in SQL databases
- 3+ years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP services
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Pay
$110,000.00 - $186,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
