Application Development Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Application Development Engineer (ADE) to partner with aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers on material selection, qualification, and implementation projects. This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development to deliver innovative solutions and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies
• Build relationships with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams
• Lead material qualification and application development projects
• Drive new business opportunities and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in composites, aerospace materials, application engineering, or technical sales
• Strong understanding of aerospace composites manufacturing and materials
• Experience with commercial/military aircraft, rockets, satellites, or launch vehicles preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay

$100K-$110K + Bonus + Car & Phone Allowance

50%+ Travel
