Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM to join their dynamic team. As an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM, you will be part of the HR Technology Support team supporting enterprise-wide HR systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Remote (Can work from anywhere in the US. EST preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US-based clients.
• Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification and background checks.
• Analyze recruiting business processes and identify gaps within Oracle product functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
• Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for HRMS environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
• Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
