Application Delivery Director
Summary
The Application Development Director will drive enterprise application modernization and digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead the delivery of customer, broker, and employee-facing digital platforms, oversee enterprise application enhancements, and partner with vendors and systems integrators to execute strategic technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead application development and digital transformation projects
- Drive delivery of modern portal solutions and digital experiences
- Oversee enterprise applications and SaaS platform enhancements
- Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Partner with systems integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Present and communicate effectively with executive leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of application development, technology leadership, or software delivery experience
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure environments
- Strong understanding of application architecture and modern software development practices
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with portal modernization initiatives
- Exposure to Workday, Adobe, or similar enterprise platforms
- Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
Pay
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
